The loved ones of teenagers missing after a devastating inferno at a bar in a Swiss winter destination are confronting an agonising wait for confirmed information and requesting information about their children online.

The blaze engulfed the Le Constellation bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Alps of south-west Switzerland, in the early hours of New Year's Day. Circulated video depict the ceiling being engulfed in flames as bottles with fireworks are raised in celebration.
